I stayed for 5 nights in a Standard Twin Room. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops. I appreciated the self-service laundry facilities available. On my last day, I liked how the concierge staff helped with bus schedules. The air conditioning in the room worked well, which made my stay comfortable. Being from Italy, I loved exploring local eats after enjoying some country music on my road trips.

Comfortable bed with a single pillow and proximity to nearby establishments make the stay enjoyable. Paid parking is available close by for those needing it.

Noisy streets kept me up until 1-2 AM, which was quite disruptive. Standard Twin Room felt cramped with limited space for luggage. barely enough room to open a suitcase. Room service lacked attention, as I found only a single towel changed, and the bathroom cleaning was overlooked. The breakfast left much to be desired and felt overpriced, while the elevator wait was frustrating during busy times.

The common area with 24-hour hot coffee was a warm retreat during winter. Also, easy access to airport transport and nearby shops made my stay incredibly convenient.

Had a cozy room that was surprisingly comfortable for a solo traveler like me! The location was spot on, just a short walk to delicious ramen places that I stumbled upon.

It wasn't inexpensive, but honestly, it was acceptable given the experience.

This place is perfect if you want to be in the heart of everything! I loved how close it was to shops and eateries. The snack bar was a nice surprise, especially after a long day. The only thing is the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. Otherwise, everything was really great!

My Standard Twin Room was comfortable and well-equipped, featuring thoughtful amenities. I also enjoyed the quick, straightforward access to the Tanukikoji Shopping Street just a short walk away.

this hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the subway. the morning pastry treat and coffee in the lobby were such a nice bonus. it’s just a short walk to the nijo market for fresh seafood too.

The central location is a huge plus, with the airport bus stopping just a block away and a variety of restaurants nearby. Rooms are cozy yet well-equipped, complete with a kettle, air purifier, and a thoughtful touch of slippers and pajamas. Although the TV channels were mostly in Japanese, the complimentary coffee available 24/7 in the lounge was great during winter. Upon request, additional pillows could enhance comfort too.
